About the positions

In Arnbjerg Daycare we are looking for three pedagogues/pedagogical assistants

• one for the kindergarten
• two for the nursery

Start date: 1 Feb 2027

Hours: 37 hours per week

Who are we?

Arnbjerg Daycare is a municipal, integrated day care for children aged 0–6 years.

• 116 children in the kindergarten, distributed across 4 groups
• 48 children in the nursery
• Close collaboration across groups and ages

We are located in scenic surroundings close to forest and field – and nature is an active part of our pedagogical practice.

With us, the community is central – for both children and adults. Our house is designed with a focus on presence, relations and coherence, where the kitchen naturally binds the building together.

We are looking for pedagogical staff who

• have knowledge of and experience with children aged 0–6 years
• work in an appreciative way with a view to children's participation opportunities
• take responsibility and initiative in daily life
• can maintain calm and overview – even when the day changes
• see the value in cross-house collaboration
• wish to actively contribute to our joint professional development
• preferably have knowledge of Marte Meo (not a requirement)
