Two recruitment and loyalty consultants

Would you like to help strengthen a professional community and recruit members to a union that makes a difference – every single day? Does it motivate you to build relationships and bring new members on board? We are in full swing with a strengthened organizing effort – and therefore are looking for two new consultants.

In the Danish Social Workers' Association (Dansk Socialrådgiverforening) we work for decent terms, strong communities and a working life so that social workers can succeed and thrive in their important job.

We are seeking engaged and results-oriented consultants who are passionate about recruiting members and increasing loyalty through a value-creating and present dialogue.

About the job

You will become a central voice in our newly established recruitment team and will have the phone as one of your most important tools. In the team, outbound calls and recruitment tasks at study sites and workplaces are handled.

You will talk with both existing and potential members and help ensure that membership in DS creates value for the individual.

Your tasks will include

• recruit new members
• build and strengthen relationships with existing members
• advise and convey the value of DS membership in a clear, engaging and credible manner
• make calls to new members and visit study sites to ensure a safe and good onboarding

You will also contribute to testing new methods, workflows and contact forms that can strengthen the recruitment effort.

Our expectations of you

You are a salesperson – not just on paper, but in your mindset. You are motivated by goals, love good conversations and thrive in an environment where relationships and results go hand in hand. At the same time, you have a natural interest in member organizations and understand the value of community.

We would like you to have experience with outreach sales, relationship-based sales or recruitment, and be able to create both energy and security in the dialogue – especially over the phone. You listen actively, ask curious questions and find solutions that create real value for those you are in contact with.

You work in a structured and efficient way with a focus on quality. You keep an overview even when there are many inquiries. In addition, you are used to working in both IT systems and CRM tools. You are flexible regarding working several weekly afternoons until 6:00 PM and prepared for periods of substantial travel.

In DS, salary and terms of employment are attractive and set in an internal collective agreement. It is a full-time position starting no later than January 1, 2027.

About the Danish Association of Social Workers

You will become part of the department “Organizing, Shop Stewards & Work Environment.” The department works with education, organizing, work environment and an outreach effort for social workers and social work students.

The two positions will be filled by two employees based either in Copenhagen or Aarhus.

DS is a politically independent and ambitious trade union for 20,000 social workers, social work students and leaders and self-employed professionals within the social work field.
