About the job
Do you want to help develop and support the digitisation of the HR area in the country’s largest municipality? We are seeking a proactive and development-oriented profile with a particular interest in business development, digitalisation, and competence development
The development and changes in needs in both the organisation and among employees mean that we continuously need to adapt and professionalise our HR solutions. You will play an important role in supporting this through the development of digital solutions.
What can you look forward to?
Your main responsibility will be to further develop and optimise our competence management system, so that it supports the organisation’s current and future needs. Through this, you will have a central role in the digital development of the HR area in the City of Copenhagen.
You will work together with our system supplier on development and improvements. In close collaboration with managers and employees you will translate the organisation’s wishes into user-friendly solutions, particularly with regard to the development of employees and managers.
You will have the opportunity to develop new solutions and work data-driven to streamline processes and optimise. We offer an environment characterised by a desire to develop, and where your ideas will have a large impact on how we work with the development of employees and managers.
Your effort will be crucial for us to retain and develop the competencies in the organisation, so that we are able to adapt to future challenges.
Many paths can lead to the position
We are looking for you who are passionate about working with digitalisation within HR, and who want to develop both your own and others’ competencies. You have a relevant academic education and perhaps already experience with the HR area from either the private or public sector – and if not, you have the drive and curiosity to dive into it.
We emphasise that you
- have a strong business understanding and can see how digital solutions create value for the users
- are process-driven and can create structure, momentum and overview in complex development tasks
- can bridge the prioritised HR agendas, users’ wishes and the digital possibilities
- are analytical, curious and good at asking questions to uncover the real needs
- communicate confidently with colleagues, management and suppliers
- thrive in solving tasks in a shared professional team
About Corporate HR
You will become part of Corporate HR in Corporate Services, a strong unit of about 35 professionally skilled colleagues distributed across three teams, who are passionate about making a difference for the users and for each other. We know that the onboarding process is important for integration. Therefore, a tailored and systematic programme will be prepared for you, ensuring ongoing sparring with both a selected, helpful colleague and your immediate supervisor as well as ongoing competence development that supports you to quickly contribute to the work communities and the core task.
We have an open and inclusive work environment where we share knowledge, help each other and focus on both professional development and good collaboration. We work with strategic development, daily operation and support.
Salary and employment terms
We work in an open-plan environment with flexible and activity-based layout, and the working hours are 37 hours per week with flex time and the possibility of remote work. Salary and employment terms according to applicable collective agreement and within the framework of local pay formation. We take references in connection with recruitment. We aim for you to start on January 4th.
