As a Fitbit customer support agent with Danish and English, you will be part of a strong team where you will:

• Help users with their problems through support cases or phone calls.
• Answer questions about the daily use of devices with individualized solutions and a focus on the customer's needs.
• Identify recurring problems and bugs from users' inquiries and forward them to your team leads.
• Collaborate with an engaged, international team of service-minded colleagues.

• Speak and write Danish for daily communication with customers.
• Have good English skills at B1 level or equivalent for onboarding and internal communication.
• Have basic knowledge of using and the features of iOS and Android.
• Show empathy.

• Are results-oriented in your work.
• Have a friendly and outgoing personality.
