About Ungeløftet, IPS and More Young People to Participate (FUSM)

We are looking for an employment officer who can see themselves working according to the IPS method, where the focus is on quick and targeted access to real job opportunities or education. IPS and FUSM work means case management in close collaboration with the young person, therapists, companies and educational institutions. Our goal is to create durable solutions for the young person that work in practice and in the long term. Either through paid working hours or by establishing themselves in an education.

Your tasks as IPS - and FUSM consultant

As IPS - and FUSM consultant you will have a central role in the efforts around the individual young person. You will among other things:

• work according to the IPS method in close interaction with IPS- and FUSM colleagues, therapists, companies and partners
• support the young people in pursuing their own goals and dreams
• work purposefully with progression towards ordinary employment or education
• offer individual, targeted and flexible support
• cooperate broadly with educational institutions, psychiatry, social psychiatry, substance abuse treatment and civil society
• proactively seek, establish and develop collaborations with companies
• match companies' needs with the individual young person's competencies, interests and goals
• create concrete job openings and paid working hours for young people
• support the young person before, during and especially after starting in a job or education

We expect that you

• are trained social worker
• have experience with employment efforts, social-therapeutic work and/or psychiatry
• have knowledge of the target group of young people with mental and/or social challenges
• have concrete experience with business-oriented actions and can create paid hours
• are motivated to work according to the IPS principles
• take initiative and are good at turning opportunities into action
• have strong relational skills and can motivate development
• thrive with contact to companies and are good at creating relationships and opening doors
• see opportunities rather than limitations and can turn them into concrete job opportunities
