With us, everyday life is full of vitality, smiles and pedagogical challenges. Our 10 lovely citizens each have their own personality and various developmental impairments. They can take up a lot of space in the landscape – in the absolutely best way, but also when life throws obstacles in their way. Therefore we are seeking a colleague who is mentally strong, thrives in a changing environment and can meet the citizens with both professional calm and a warm smile.

In our pedagogical work we base ourselves on KRAP and Low Arousal . We meet the citizens at eye level, work in a resource-focused way and place great emphasis on creating a calm and predictable everyday life that prevents conflicts.

• You are passionate about relationship work : You have knowledge of or interest in KRAP and Low Arousal, and you meet the citizens with respect, patience and a high pedagogical commitment😊

Practical

• Start date : It would be fantastic if you could start on December 1, 2026, but we are happy to wait for the right profile.
