KS Specialist Wanted – Put quality and risk management at the center at Kronhusene - Primarily construction projects on Zealand

At Kronhusene we build homes that will form the framework for people's homes for many years to come, and therefore quality and integrity are absolutely essential for us.

We simply do not compromise on quality in our terraced houses. This applies to materials, craftsmanship, details, and the way we carry out our construction projects. For us, quality is not only about meeting requirements and control plans – it is about being able to stand behind what we deliver.

Therefore we are now seeking a KS specialist who wants to become part of the team and help secure and further develop the high quality in our buildings.

An important role in a company in development

You will become part of an organization with a short path from idea to action, and where we continuously work to improve things.

The position spans across design and execution, and you will therefore have a broad contact surface. You will get close to the construction sites and work with our processes, tender materials, documentation and quality assurance.

We do not expect that you simply come with a control block and find faults. We expect you to spot them before they arise, ask the right questions, and help to find solutions.

You will therefore have an important role in ensuring that our ambitions for quality and integrity are translated into practice on the construction sites.

Your tasks

Your primary tasks will include, among other things

• KS control and follow-up on construction sites – including creating and handling cases in Captego.
• Dialogue and follow-up with subcontractors both on-site and from the office.
• Preparation and implementation of moisture management plans as well as conduct and follow-up on moisture measurements.
• Preparation and implementation of waste and recycling plans.
• Control of building materials and workmanship on construction sites.
• Ensure that subcontractors deliver in accordance with the tender material.
• Fault and deficiency reviews.
• Input to technical descriptions and tender control plans.
• Contribute to development and quality assurance of our tender material.
• Mapping and management of on-site waste, energy and resource consumption.
• Contribute to the ongoing development of our quality assurance processes and documentation.

Who are you?

You may be a structural engineer, building technician or have a solid crafts background with several years of experience in the construction industry.

The most important for us is not whether you come directly from a similar KS position. The most important is that you have building technical understanding, an interest in quality and a desire to develop yourself.

You have an eye for detail and understand that proper quality is created through the entire process – not just at the final deficiency review.

You are curious about why things are done the way they are, and you dare to ask questions when something can be done better.
