French Market is one of our counter-service concepts, located in Tivoli Food Hall and Kajen Food Hall. We welcome our guests with French brasserie classics made with quality ingredients. Our menu includes moules frites, steak frites, and hand-mixed steak tartare — always with a focus on quality, flavor, and great service.

About the Role

As Supervisor, you will play an important role in the day-to-day operations, working closely with the other supervisors and our operations Manager to ensure a well-run business and a motivated team.

When you are on shift, you will be responsible for daily operations, staff scheduling, and ensuring we meet our financial targets.

Your Responsibilities

• Serve guests and handle transactions through the POS system.
• Plan and manage daily operations in collaboration with your operations Manager.
• Participate in kitchen routines and support the kitchen team.
• Delegate tasks during shifts and ensure clear workflows, hygiene standards, and food safety procedures are maintained.
• Take responsibility for staff scheduling and KPIs in collaboration with the Operations Manager.
• Monitor operating costs and contribute to optimizing processes.

• You have a good understanding of working in a professional kitchen and feel comfortable in that environment.

• You are organized and able to maintain an overview during busy periods.
• You are a team player who is service-minded and solution-oriented.
