Whom are we looking for

A daily leader for our age-integrated Daycare Sommerfugl with start on January 1, 2027.

We are looking for an engaged daily leader who dares to lead from the front and set the direction for a strong pedagogical everyday life. You believe that all children should experience belonging and you see the value in close collaboration in the staff room, where community is the foundation for each child’s well-being. With us you will have the opportunity to make a noticeable difference for children, staff and families.

As daily leader you will join a leadership team with the nine other leaders in the area and the area leader in an area structure. In the team you will receive sparring and develop around the goals we work towards in the day-care sector, where the resource-oriented view of the child and inclusive communities for all children are at the top.

The daily leader is responsible for the pedagogical profile of the institution, the daily pedagogical practice, the organization of the institution and contributes to Sommerfugl remaining a good place for children, parents and staff. We call this
