Daily Pedagogical Leader and Deputy Head Wanted for Børnenes Kontor's Daycare

When our long-time daily pedagogical leader retires, a rare opportunity arises to become part of the management at Børnenes Kontor's Daycare.

We are seeking a daily pedagogical leader/deputy head with a mindset for both people, professionalism and everyday operations.

You will become part of a management team with the institution head and an experienced daily pedagogical leader, with whom you will have a close collaboration on the pedagogical direction, the daily operations and the development of our institution.

Who are we?

Børnenes Kontors Daycare is a Marte Meo-certified independent institution, where we work purposefully to support children's development through positive interactions and relationships. Marte Meo is an integrated part of our pedagogical foundation and an important tool in collaboration with both children, parents and staff.

You do not need to be Marte Meo-qualified therapist to apply for the position. The most important thing is that you are curious about the method and want to work from its fundamental values. We will ensure that you receive a good introduction and the necessary competencies along the way.

Salary and terms of employment according to the applicable collective agreement.
