Materielgården in Roskilde is seeking skilled workers

We are a well-established contracting company in growth and are looking for skilled general workers for our team. We are looking for employees who want to help care for and maintain Roskilde Municipality's roads and green areas, which are used by citizens every day.

Your tasks

• Maintenance of green areas.
• Earth, trenching and smaller sewer tasks.
• Paving tasks and repair of roads.
• Planting, pruning and care.
• Operation of relevant machines and tools.
• Other miscellaneous contractor and civil works tasks.
• Join the winter service that runs from 15/10 – 15/4, where additional work may be required.

Your profile

• Have experience from the gardening, civil works, service or contracting industry, or just general cleaning.
• Are reliable, responsible and work independently.
• Thrive with physical work and varying tasks.
• Have an eye for quality and take good care of equipment and the workplace.
• Contribute positively to collaboration with colleagues, customers and partners.
• Have a category B driving license, trailer license BE, additional driving licenses and machine certificates are an advantage.

• Working hours: Monday-Tuesday 06.30 – 15.00 Wednesday-Friday 06.30 – 14.00.

About Materielgården Materielgården is Roskilde Municipality's own contracting company. With around 125 employees and leaders we solve operating, maintenance and construction tasks within roads, green areas, sports facilities, winter service and a range of other service tasks. Our work can be felt positively throughout the municipality – every day.
