We have a focus on professionalism and a good working environment in a daily life with high complexity at Terneparken, which is a specialized center within the dementia field.

Terneparken is characterized by succeeding with the complex tasks in an appreciative and dignified way. We turn challenges into star moments and success stories, which contribute to a sustained high level of professionalism and pride.

We work purposefully with person-centered care, where the individual residents' wishes, life history, values and resources are the starting point in daily life.

Terneparken consists of 48 apartments covering specialized dementia placements, sheltered housing and temporary placements, where you will lead a strong multidisciplinary team of about 55 permanent employees and in addition also temporary staff and hourly paid.

We are looking for a center manager who

• is passionate about creating a dignified everyday life for the residents
• thrives on exercising visible leadership for the staff
• supports the good working environment and daily operations
• can contribute in a developing and professional environment
• can bring initiatives that contribute to a balanced economy
• can balance between demands and resources in complex issues
• is a strong and trust-building communicator, both in writing and speaking
• has experience in leadership including personnel management and financial responsibility
• preferably has a health professional background and knowledge of the dementia field

You will also become part of our leadership groups in Area West, where we work together with professional leadership and are committed to translating knowledge and methods that work in practice. It matters a lot that we ask and challenge each other to develop together. We focus on succeeding together.

At your start you will receive a thorough introduction to Randers Municipality, Terneparken, Area West, partners and to the processes that are already underway.

The practical

The appointment is a permanent full-time position starting 1 December 2026.

Salary and terms of employment are determined in accordance with the applicable collective agreement.
