Faglige kvalifikationer

Is trained nutrition assistant or has another relevant dietary/nutrition education

Personlige kvalifikationer

• Can take responsibility and work independently.
• Experience with organic ingredients, sustainability and resource utilization.
• See opportunities across professional boundaries, we place high value on interdisciplinary collaboration with focus on residents' needs.
• Be adaptable, able to have many balls in the air, and still maintain overview.
• Good collaboration skills and sense of humor. We value mutual respect, open communication and trust in each other highly.
• Think creatively and inspire. We want to be on board.
• Good IT knowledge. We operate electronically in various systems, use Outlook calendar and use technology where it makes sense for us.

Arbejdsopgaver du skal varetage

• Focus on the good meal, where residents are at the center.
• Participate in the kitchen tasks in close cooperation with colleagues.
• Collaborate with the house staff, residents, relatives and volunteers, so we get needs and wishes to go hand in hand.

Hvem er vi?

We produce most of the food in our own kitchen and purchase some components from Elbokøkkenet.

All kitchens in the senior area collaborate. We help each other, send a colleague in case of absence or for events. We work with a focus on joy of eating for residents and residents' nutritional needs. We are moving toward a greener and more sustainable food profile.

Principles in Self-worth and Coherence are a natural part of our daily life.

• We are 2 students, 9 nutrition assistants, 4 in flexjob, 1 IGU and 1 lead executive chef.
• We have 96 residents, with very different needs and wishes.
• We handle tasks such as meeting catering and food for jubilees.
• Working hours are in the time window from 6:30 to 17:30.

There is approx. 1 shift to 17:30 every 14 days and every 8th weekend.

Otherwise shifts are between 6:30/7:00 and 14/14:30.

• There are weekend shifts every 4th weekend. Holidays we share.
• We have the Organic Dining Silver Mark.

Salary is determined according to the Ny Løn principles in accordance with the position's duties and the applicant's qualifications.
