Educator with special educational competencies for Houlkær School's SFO

Houlkærskolen is seeking a skilled pedagogue with special pedagogical competences for a parental leave replacement in our Gruppetto offering in the SFO.

Would you like to help develop a strong and meaningful intermediate provision between the general and special education sectors? Are you motivated to create participation opportunities for children who for a period need a different learning and leisure offer, then you may be our new colleague in the Gruppetto at Houlkærskolen, where the starting point is that children belong where they live.

The position is primarily attached to the SFO's Gruppetto offer, where together with dedicated colleagues you support children's well-being, development and participation in both school and leisure communities. In addition, the position will also include hours within the school, where you contribute to students' learning and development in close collaboration with teachers and other professionals.

About the position

Gruppettoen is an intermediate form between the general school and SFO offerings and the municipal special services. The aim is to create progression rather than permanent solutions and to support students in returning to meaningful participation in their local school and SFO community. As a pedagogue in Gruppetto you will be part of a strong multidisciplinary team, where collaboration, reflection and development are central driving forces.

You will work closely with both the general area, parents and relevant external partners and actively contribute to creating coherence between students' school and leisure life.

About Houlkærskolen Houlkærskolen is a cluster-based school with about 720 pupils and an SFO with about 280 registered children in 0–3rd grade. We maintain close collaboration with the district's other institutions and associations.
