We are seeking a trained pedagogue for 34 hours per week for our kindergarten with start date January 1 or February 1, 2027.

Børnehuset Eremitagen is an integrated kindergarten with 92 children – 56 preschool children and 36 toddlers. The children are distributed into three age-integrated groups in both the toddler unit and the kindergarten, and we also have a competence group with four children who work closely with the kindergarten.

We believe that the best child communities are created by adults who meet the children with curiosity, recognition and commitment.

We prioritise time for good pedagogy

We know that quality in pedagogical work requires more than presence with the children. Therefore, we also prioritise time for planning, preparation, documentation and professional reflection.

How we work

We are a kindergarten with a clear structure, because we know that good frames create security and energy – both for children and adults. Therefore we work based on fixed weekly plans that provide an overview and a red thread in everyday life. The clear organisation creates calm and also leaves room for spontaneity, play and focus on the children’s perspectives.

We plan the daily life based on the needs and perspectives of the children’s group and are happy to work in smaller groups to create presence, participation opportunities and strong learning environments.

We work with holistic day-long pedagogy, evaluation, meaningful organisation and collegial reflection. Systemic Analysis of Learning Environments (SAL) is part of our professional foundation, and we continuously develop our practice with the children’s wellbeing, learning and development at the center.

A close and trustful collaboration with the parents is an important part of our daily life, because we know that the best solutions are created together.
