Pedagogical assistant for Holmeager School's SFO

At Holmeagerskolen we are looking for an engaged and positive pedagogical assistant who wants to become part of our SFO and the school's daily life. We are looking for you who meets the children with presence, good humor and engagement, and who wants to put your own mark on everyday life.

We would love to hear from you if you have an interest in outdoor life and can see the joy in moving activities outside, creating experiences together with the children and using nature as part of their everyday life.

About the job At Holmeagerskolen we offer an exciting and varied everyday life, where you will have tasks both in the SFO and in the school. You will become part of a team of 11 skilled colleagues in the SFO who will be your closest partners. In addition, you will be part of a close collaboration with the teachers in the class or year group you are attached to.

About you We are looking for a positive and engaged colleague who wants to join dynamic teams around the children's everyday life.

• You are an initiator who can plan and implement exciting activities that capture the children's interest.
• You have an interest in and preferably competencies within outdoor life, and you want to actively bring it into play in daily life.
• You want and dare to contribute actively to the professional development in both the SFO and the school, and you contribute to staff meetings, team meetings and in daily sparring.
• You can and want to engage in constructive collaboration with parents and external partners.

Om Holmeagerskolen og SFO'en Holmeagerskolen ligger centralt ved Greve Station og er en folkeskole med ca. 660 elever fra 0.–9. klasse. Skolens SFO har ca. 225 børn og 11 medarbejdere, som sammen skaber en tryg, aktiv og indholdsrig hverdag for børnene.

Vi lægger vægt på, at SFO'en er et sted, hvor børnene møder nærværende voksne, får mulighed for at udvikle venskaber og oplever glæden ved at være en del af forskellige fællesskaber. Vi tilbyder en varieret hverdag med plads til både leg, kreative aktiviteter, bevægelse, udeliv og børnenes egne initiativer.

Vi ser SFO og skole som to vigtige dele af børnenes samlede hverdag og prioriterer derfor et tæt samarbejde på tværs. Det giver gode muligheder for at skabe sammenhæng, genkendelighed og trygge rammer for børnene.

SFO'en har en høj grad af forældretilfredshed, og vi prioriterer et tæt og tillidsfuldt samarbejde med forældrene. Vi er en personalegruppe med forskellige kompetencer og interesser, hvor vi hjælper hinanden, deler idéer og sammen tager ansvar for at udvikle vores pædagogiske praksis.
