School Pedagogue (maternity leave substitute)

We are looking for a qualified pedagogue for 32 hours per week on a maternity leave cover as a school pedagogue with ties to the SFO. The position involves working with the students at the school and participating in the SFO in a close and committed collaboration with the school's other staff.

The work takes place both during school hours around pupils in the early years and during SFO hours, where you help to create safe and meaningful communities.

Practical information

The position is 32 hours per week with start on January 1, 2027. The position is temporary for the duration of the maternity leave.

Salary and terms of employment are in accordance with the applicable collective agreement.

In Svendborg Municipality, the salary for this type of position typically ranges between 39,341 and 50,954 DKK per month for full-time employment. The salary includes pension, special holiday allowance and fixed allowances. There may also be time-based allowances and other special payments. It is important to note that your concrete salary is determined by your experience, seniority and competencies and agreed upon in negotiation with the relevant union.
