You will have your own areas of responsibility, but it is important that you can collaborate closely with the school’s other staff and students, and that you have a high level of service.

The everyday life at the school can be hectic, especially during exam periods and at the start of the study year, so it is also important that you can maintain an overview during peak workloads and have an eye for where an extra hand may be necessary.

Tasks

· Handling the school’s main email, including filing in the archiving system F2

· Various secretarial tasks such as minutes writing, sending information materials etc.

· Ordering of office supplies and other consumables

· Contact person for tradespeople and other guests

· Library manager

· Ad hoc administrative tasks related to the school’s course PR and teaching activities

We expect that you are/have

· Relevant education and/or work experience. The exact background is not as important as your ability to apply yourself to the tasks above.

· Interest in and knowledge of church music. It will be an advantage if you can read music notation.

· Structured and detail-oriented with a good overview

· Independent, proactive and approachable

· Curious about new IT systems and experienced with the Office suite

· Experience with core administrative tasks and the coordinator role

· Sense of collaboration and ability to participate in a dynamic professional and collegial community

We offer

A challenging workplace with contact to many different people and a daily life where church music is central. You will become part of a busy administration, a well-functioning and professionally strong work environment where cooperation is a prerequisite for cohesion and dynamism in task execution.

The position is desired to be filled on January 1, 2027 or as soon as possible thereafter.

The position is 26 hours per week, where a fixed 6 hours will be allocated to library tasks.
