Social- and health care assistant for a fixed evening shift in Tommerup Holistic Care and e-team in Assens Municipality

At Helhedspleje Tommerup we need a new colleague for a permanent evening shift, who is trained as a Social and Health Assistant, and who would like to make a positive difference for our citizens.

Who are we At Tommerup Helhedspleje, we work in smaller teams with the aim of having as few different staff with the citizens as possible - and to increase each employee's opportunity to have influence on their own tasks in daily work. During the day we are divided into two smaller teams, and in the evening there is one team.

We are multidisciplinary and consist of nurses, pharmaconomist, social- and health care assistants, rehabilitation therapist, social- and health helpers and a few unskilled.

We are an outreach group, working toward common goals with a focus on rehabilitation, high professional quality, interdisciplinarity and the development of our staff.

As something special in the evening at Tommerup Helhedspleje, there is a whole e-team route, where visits are handled via screen calls, medication robot calls or telephone calls. The route rotates during the week among colleagues on the evening shift team, and there will therefore be an expectation that you are willing to handle the e-team route.

Our everyday life takes place in a very close interdisciplinary collaboration, and we are characterized by the following:

Salary and terms of employment Salary and terms of employment are in accordance with the applicable collective agreement and according to the rules for local wage formation.
