For the Health and Care Placements at Nærsundhed Grenaa we are looking for engaged social and health care assistants who want to become part of an exciting startup and help create good solutions and pathways for citizens with a need for temporary health and care stays.

The Health and Care Placements at Nærsundhed Grenaa are placements which as of January 1, 2027 will be established at Fuglsanggården in Grenaa as a result of the new health reform, where 70% of the municipality's short-term placements transfer to the region.

Become part of a multidisciplinary community

At the Health and Care Placements we work from a shared ambition that citizens should experience training, care and welfare as one integrated effort. We believe the best results are created when all professional groups contribute to the rehabilitative effort and work toward common goals together with the citizen.

As a social and health care assistant you will therefore be a central part of a strong multidisciplinary collaboration with nurses, therapists, social- and health care helpers and other partners.

You will also have the opportunity to actively contribute to the development of workflows, culture and forms of collaboration in a workplace that is under development.

  • Perform nursing tasks within the social- and health care assistant's competence area.
  • Observe, assess and respond to changes in the citizens' health status.
  • Document and follow up on interventions and goals.
  • Contribute to coordination and coherence in citizen courses.

We are looking for you who

  • Are educated as a social- and health care assistant.
  • Have an interest in rehabilitation and complex citizen trajectories.
  • Thrive in a multidisciplinary environment where the professional groups work closely together toward common goals.
  • See the value in combining care, nursing, training and health-related efforts.
  • Are professionally curious and want to develop your competencies.
  • Take responsibility and contribute positively to the community.
  • Meet citizens, relatives and colleagues with respect and engagement.

We offer

  • An exciting workplace under development where you have the opportunity to influence the culture and collaboration.
  • A strong multidisciplinary community with a focus on learning, quality and development.
  • Professional sparring and competence development.
  • A workplace focused on well-being, collaboration and job satisfaction.
