Social and Health Care Assistant wanted for a safe and stable respiratory team in Frederikshavn

Would you like to work closely with one client in a position where professionalism, safety and relationship mean everything? We are looking for a social and healthcare assistant who wants to join a small, stable team around a woman with complex needs in Frederikshavn.

About the position

You will become part of a fixed team where continuity, presence and professional security are central elements in daily life. You will receive thorough training and introduction so you feel confident in both tasks, routines and collaboration around the citizen.

· There is one missing staff member in the team

· About 10 shifts per month

· 12-hour shifts

· Primarily day shifts

· Start as soon as possible

· A driving license is not a requirement

About the citizen

The citizen is an adult woman with ALS and sclerosis. She uses a BiPAP mask and requires calm, structure and clarity in daily life. Especially in the startup period it is important that you can accept guidance, work according to fixed routines and create security in the collaboration.

The citizen lives alone but is often visited by relatives. Therefore, it is important that you meet both the citizen and the relatives with respect, calm and openness.

Your tasks

You help create a safe, calm and predictable everyday life for the citizen and perform practical and care-related tasks in the home.

· Personal care, including daily bathing

· Support with transfers using a lift, including transfers to relevant aids

· Observation and support related to respiratory aids

· Tasks according to the diurnal rhythm plan and fixed routines

· Create calm, security and structure around the citizen

Home care nursing visits the home and handles relevant health services.

We are looking for you who

· Is educated as a social and health care assistant

· Has calm, overview and an appreciative approach in care situations

· Can create security and follow fixed routines

· Can collaborate respectfully with the citizen, relatives, colleagues and the home care nursing

· Thrives in 12-hour shifts and primarily day shifts

· Value working closely and relationally with one citizen
