Sirius Holberggård is the newest residential offering in Sirius under The Social Professional Organization. Here we create a specialized residential service for adults with autism, developmental disabilities and complex diagnoses, and we are now seeking more educated social-professional staff to join the team.

Holberggård has space for nine residents with both moderate and complex support needs. Here, calm, structure, presence and strong relationships should form the framework for a safe home and a daily life with opportunities for well-being and development.

Your role

As a social-professional staff member you will be a central part of the residents' daily life and development. Relationships are the focal point, but high professional quality also means being able to observe, reflect and translate your knowledge into an effort that makes sense for the individual.

You will, among other things,

• Create safe and trusting relationships with the residents.
• Create structure, calm and predictability in daily life.
• Support the individual in everyday life and personal development.
• Plan and participate in meaningful activities.
• Work systematically with individual goals and social-work interventions.
• Document and follow up on the professional effort.
• Actively contribute to professional reflection and development in the team.
• Participate in both relational and practical tasks around the residents' daily life.

You will become the contact person for one or more residents and will be responsible for following their development in close cooperation with colleagues and management.

We are looking for someone who

Is educated as a pedagogue, social worker or has another relevant social-professional qualification.

We attach great importance to building a service with educated staff and high social-professional quality. Experience from the special care field is an advantage, but not a requirement. Your professionalism, approach and motivation for the target group are highly valued.

About Sirius Holberggård

Holberggård is situated in a scenic area with views of fields, forest and Storstrømmen, just 4.5 km from Vordingborg.

The nine residents will have each their newly renovated apartment with private and undisturbed placement and direct access to the outdoor areas. The house has bright common areas, good activity spaces and a large, almost park-like outdoor environment with terraces, cozy corners and a nature trail that leads directly to the beach.

The framework is created with the target group in mind, including residents with sensory vulnerability, need for shielding and challenging behavior.

Practical information

These are fixed full-time positions. Working hours mainly consist of long shifts, including 12-hour shifts and night shifts. Weekend shifts also occur.

We plan the shifts well in advance so you have a predictable and balanced work rhythm.

It is a requirement that you have a driver's license and can present a satisfactory criminal record.

We hire continuously and will hold interviews when the right candidate is available. We highly prioritize educated social-professional staff and therefore do not necessarily wait to invite to an interview.
