Social pedagogue sought for Autism Center Midtjylland - Hagelskærvej

We are looking for an engaged social pedagogue who would like to become part of our community at Birkebo .

Would you like to be part of a strong professional team in our house – which is home to 8 adults with autism, of whom one lives in the sheltered unit? Do you have an eye for the individual’s potential, and do you thrive when no day is the same?

We work, among other things, with KRAP and LA2u , which are based on appreciative pedagogy, relationships and the individual citizen’s needs and perspectives.

Practical

Permanent position at residential facility: 37 hours per week or by arrangement. Day and evening shifts and every 2nd or 3rd weekend by agreement. Working hours between 7:00 and 23:00. Long shifts are possible if desired and lead to fewer attend days. Salary according to applicable agreements.

Start date: October 1, 2026 or as soon as possible.
