We are seeking a social educator for Rindbæk House 1A – a colleague who meets people with curiosity, professionalism and respect, and who knows that even the best days rarely go exactly as planned.

About the department

Rindbæk House 1A is part of the Autism Special Area in Region Midtjylland.

We are a §108 residential care facility with three homes for adults with autism and developmental delay in mild to severe degree. The citizens have a need for a highly specialized intervention and receive 1:1 or 2:1 support during the waking hours.

With us you meet three unique people with each their interests, resources, personality and life dreams. Our task is to create structure, predictability and development opportunities, so that each citizen experiences the greatest possible well-being, self-determination and quality of life.

We work based on Special Area Autism's joint professional foundation , which ensures a systematic and professionally grounded practice with the citizen at the center.

We are looking for someone who

• Is educated as a social educator
• Is curious about people and what lies behind the behavior
• Can stay calm when others lose overview
• Wants to develop professionally
• Can work in a structured way, even when the day suddenly takes another turn
• Can document and work professionally in Sensum One
• Respects citizens' self-determination and integrity
• Believes that good results are created through relationships and collaboration
• Has a driving license

There is a permanent position with 37 hours per week or other hours by agreement. Working hours include rotating day, evening and weekend shifts.

Salary and employment terms

Salary and employment terms follow the applicable collective agreement and agreements on New Pay.

Employment is with Region Midtjylland with service currently at the Autism Special Area.
