SSA sought for health and care assistant positions at Solgården

We are looking for social and health care assistants who want to fully utilise their skills.

Are you passionate about clarifying, assessing, caring for and rehabilitating our residents and do you love a workday where no two days are the same, then you should read on.

The positions are in mixed shifts at 37 hours per week with work every 2nd or 3rd weekend. Consideration is given to balance between private life and work life as much as possible.

All Guldborgsund Municipality's health and care places are gathered at Solgården, and we work with the focus that the residents referred here are helped to exactly what they need.

Our residents at the health and care centers come either directly from hospital or from home and have a need for care, treatment and training, so they can come as close as possible to their habitual level, - or it is clarified whether there is a need for increased help, other housing, and so on.

It requires strong professional competencies and an overview.

We work in multidisciplinary teams consisting of SSA, SSH, PAU and our permanently attached district nurses. In addition, we have occupational therapists and physiotherapists attached. Our house assistants handle practical tasks around the residents such as laundry and cleaning. The kitchen staff provide fantastic food.

Our residents are also offered recreation and activities together with our activity staff and volunteers.

Solgården has 29 temporary 24-hour residential places.

The positions are available from January 1, 2026 or by agreement.
