At Plejehjemmet Sanderum we are looking for a social- and health care assistant for a maternity leave position with start on January 1, 2027.

Who are we? Plejehjemmet Sanderum consists of seven smaller houses with room for 67 people.

We work from a person-centered approach, where relationships, self-determination and dignity are the focus of our work.

The people who live with us have increasingly complex health and care needs. This places demands on our professionalism, collaboration and ability to prioritise.

We are honest about, that there are times when it is busy. But we work purposefully with cross-disciplinary teams, shared prioritisation, professional sparring and a strong organizational professional community, because we do not believe that employees should face the difficult situations alone.

The practical

Maternity leave position from January 1, 2027

The position is as a rule full-time with work every 2nd weekend

The position is paid according to the applicable collective agreement. The expected salary level will be communicated before any interview and depends on experience and qualifications.
