🌙 ABOUT THE POSITION

We are looking for a trained social and health care assistant for a fixed night shift of 24 hours per week.

The schedule is as follows

📅 Even weeks: Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday.

📅 Odd weeks: Wednesday and Thursday.

⏰ Working hours: 23:00–07:00.

If the hours are not suitable, some fixed day shifts can be added, so there is an opportunity to reach up to 35 hours/week

As a night shift worker you will play an important role in ensuring that our citizens feel safe and well assisted through the night. You must be able to work independently, take responsibility and remain calm when situations arise that require your professional assessment.

🚗 YOU WORK INDEPENDENTLY – WITH RESPONSIBILITY AND TRUST

At Midtjysk Pleje you drive out to citizens alone at night. Therefore it is important that you thrive on working independently and are comfortable with your own company.

You must be able to plan and execute your tasks with an overview, care and professionalism. At the same time, it is important that you know your own competences and know when to ask for help.

If you encounter tasks or situations outside your competences, you have the opportunity to contact the municipal nursing service for professional sparring and help.
