Student assistant for graphic work

Do you have a sense for graphic design, good ideas and an eye for detail? Do you like turning ideas into attractive and engaging materials, both in print and digital? Then perhaps you are the one we are looking for!

At Jordbrugets UddannelsesCenter Aarhus we are looking for a creative and engaged student assistant who can help with our graphic tasks and digital marketing.

You will become part of the work of telling stories about our education programs, courses and everyday life at our school through graphic material, website and online marketing.

Your tasks

You will among other things work with

• Graphic production primarily in Adobe InDesign and Canva
• Preparation of banners, flyers, posters and postcards
• Production and layout of course brochures
• Graphic material for online marketing
• Maintenance and development of our website in Umbraco
• Contribute ideas on how we can present our education programs and activities visually
• Brainstorm with our communications staff on graphic expression, ideas and communication

We imagine that you can work independently on a concrete graphic task and be keen to contribute ideas on how we can make our communication even better.

Who are you?

You are creative, curious and have an eye for graphic quality. You don’t need to know everything from the start, but you are eager to learn and develop.

We imagine that

• You have experience with InDesign and Canva
• You have an interest in graphic design and visual communication, and you have an eye for detail
• You can translate an idea into a finished graphic product
• You work in a structured way and can keep track of several different tasks
• You are curious about digital communication and online marketing
• You are keen to work with a wide range of graphic tasks from posters and brochures to digital content
• You may have experience with websites or Umbraco, but it is not a requirement

The most important is that you want to create and contribute to the school's communicative expression.

Practical info

Working hours: About 8 hours per week. Working hours can be arranged flexibly in relation to your studies.

Location: Jordbrugets UddannelsesCenter Aarhus

Start date: As soon as possible.
