  • Handle meeting bookings and various administrative tasks
  • Design and update presentations
  • Prepare notes and participate in research tasks
  • Maintain and develop our website

You will typically report to City Hall, but some days will also take place in the areas we work in, e.g. at our office on Fredspladsen in Gellerup-Toveshøj.

  • Are proficient at expressing yourself concisely and precisely and solve tasks with an analytical and methodological approach
  • Can work in a structured and results-oriented manner – often under tight deadlines
  • Are responsible and understand how to adapt when agendas change
  • Work independently, just as you are capable and value collaborating with others

You should choose us because

  • You will get an exciting job close to the administrative and political leadership
  • We can offer a professionally strong environment where sparring and collaboration are an important part of solving tasks
  • You will become part of an informal and friendly working environment with humor and a high ceiling

Salary and terms of employment

The salary follows the collective agreement and depends on your level of education. The position is about 12 hours per week, as far as possible scheduled within the hours 08:00-16:00 on weekdays. We are flexible in adapting the working hours to your studies, and you will also have the possibility to work from home if needed.
