About the job

We offer a 30-hour-per-week position on weekdays in day shifts.

Bakkehuset is Ringkøbing-Skjern Municipality's specialty service within disability and psychiatry for adults with significant and lasting physical and mental functional impairment.

Are you passionate about nursing close to the citizen, and motivated by a high professional level, development, qualified sparring and a strong multidisciplinary collaboration? Then perhaps you are the one we are looking for to our Health Team at Bakkehuset.

In the Health Team, we work together to create quality and coherence in citizens' daily lives. The team currently consists of an occupational therapist and a nurse, who collaborate closely with the house's other staff.

As a nurse in the Health Team, you will have an independent and professionally exciting everyday life, where you will have the opportunity to apply your nursing competencies and at the same time contribute to developing the health-related effort.

We expect that you

  • Are a trained nurse and eager to work close to the citizens
  • Are professionally well-founded, development-oriented and responsible
  • Can handle complex nursing tasks and respond to changes in citizens' condition
  • Can work independently and at the same time actively participate in multidisciplinary collaboration
  • Have an interest in psychiatry and preferably a desire to develop your knowledge within the psychiatric field. Experience from psychiatry is an advantage but not a requirement
  • Have an eye for the citizens' resources and see opportunities rather than limitations
  • Have an overview and can prioritise and structure your tasks in a sometimes busy everyday life
  • Are curious about professional development and contribute gladly with your knowledge and your ideas
  • Place a high value on relationship-building with citizens, relatives and colleagues
  • Are stable, honest and engaged in your work
  • Contribute to a good working environment where humor, respect and good collegiality are a natural part of everyday life

We offer

  • An exciting workplace in development
  • An independent and influential everyday life with the citizen at the center
  • Opportunity to work with and develop your nursing competencies
  • A strong multidisciplinary environment with focus on collaboration and a holistic approach
  • Close professional sparring with colleagues and management
  • Team and staff meetings with opportunities for dialogue, reflection and development
  • A good collegial community where humor and solidarity are an important part of everyday life
  • A flexible workplace where well-being and the working environment are prioritized

Have we sparked your interest?

If you can see yourself as part of our Health Team, we look forward to hearing from you.
