About the job

Can you create an overview and help your colleagues turn agreements into action?

At Granhøjens Særlige Tilbud we are looking for a team coordinator with a focus on the pedagogical daily life. You follow up on the tasks we agree on, and help staff to make the pedagogical interventions work in practice.

You must be able to stand firm when a task has not yet been solved. At the same time you must be able to listen and understand what is standing in the way, so you and your colleagues can find a way forward.

Your everyday life is across Granhøjens Særlige Tilbud

At Granhøjens Særlige Tilbud (§108) we work with citizens with cognitive disabilities, who are also subject to a court order. It takes time to build relationships, and everyday life does not always go as planned.

You will become part of a team that works across our two locations, Twillingegården in Vig and Kingosvej in Nykøbing Sj.

As a team coordinator you help to keep direction in the pedagogical work. When everyday life changes, you help preserve an overview of which agreements still need to be followed up on, and what needs to be taken up again. You have a strong overview of daily tasks and available resources and manage to make tasks, staffing and practical operations come together in one coherent whole – even when there are many balls in the air.

You keep an overview and follow up

Your role is primarily coordinating. You are not part of the ordinary pedagogical staffing, but of course you lend a hand if the situation calls for it.

You will among other things

plan and facilitate team meetings and follow up on decisions

keep an overview of pedagogical tasks and deadlines

support staff in solving their tasks and following up when something does not come to fruition

support work with action plans and daily documentation

collaborate with the duty scheduler on daily operations.

An agreement at a team meeting is only usable when it is brought into life. You help make it clear who does what, and follow up together with colleagues.

You follow up without being a leader

You do not have personnel responsibility. Nevertheless you must be able to be clear to your colleagues and hold fast to the agreements you have made.

Sometime a colleague needs sparring. Other times there is a need for a concrete reminder or help to take a task further. You must be able to have that conversation in a proper way and at the same time be clear about expectations.

Your role largely concerns helping others succeed with their responsibilities.

Can you see yourself in the role?

You have an educational or other relevant educational background and experience from the specialized social sector.

You can create an overview and work structurally. You understand pedagogical action plans and documentation and are prepared to follow up with your colleagues, even when an agreement has not been kept.

Knowledge of SensumOne or the systemic and narrative approach is an advantage, but not a requirement.

The practical side must of course also fit

The position is 37 hours per week, and the working hours are during the day.

You will have the opportunity to continuously improve through courses, theme days and education. In addition you will get health and dental insurance and attractive employee schemes.

We also have social events across Gran Recovery and Health during the year.

Shall you be our new team coordinator?

Then send us a short application together with your CV via the link below. We hold interviews on an ongoing basis and hope to welcome our new colleague as soon as possible.
