About the job

Would you like to help create structure, coherence and professional quality in Family House – and do you thrive in a daily life that combines coordination, planning, administrative tasks and direct work with children, young people and families?

We are seeking a professional coordinator who will help ensure professional quality, coherence and structure in Family House. You should have one foot in practice and one in coordination, development and organizing.

Who are we

Family House is anchored in a multidisciplinary environment with family counselors, youth counselors, visitation counselors, social-pedagogical therapists, early-detection consultants and psychologists.

We work with interventions under the Children's Act, where we support children, young people and families through guidance and counseling processes – both individually, in groups and as family programs.

Your tasks

As a professional coordinator, you will be a central collaboration partner for the leader and the staff group. You shall both support the professional quality, contribute to the daily operations and ensure structure and overview in Family House's tasks.

A significant part of the role is administrative and coordinating tasks. This includes among other things to:

  • manage case allocation in the house
  • conduct professional case reviews with all staff in the house
  • manage vacation and absence planning
  • prepare schedules, templates and operating procedure descriptions
  • create an overview of tasks and support smooth operations
  • ensure quality in journal writing
  • handle requests for access to records

You should also contribute to professional development through sparring with colleagues, working on complex cases, shared professional direction and development of methods and workflows, including the use of FIT. You also collaborate with authorities, PPR, schools, day care and other partners.

It is important that you remain close to practice and can have direct citizen contact as needed. The scope is planned so there is a balance between coordination, administration and citizen-facing work.

Who are you?

We imagine that you

  • have a relevant professional qualification
  • have experience with children, youths and families
  • have strong professional competencies and a desire to share your knowledge
  • work in a structured way and thrive with planning, schedules, templates and administrative tasks
  • can create an overview and keep track of many tasks and deadlines
  • are good at relationships, collaboration and professional dialogue
  • can combine professional sparring and citizen-facing work with coordination and organizing

You do not need to know it all from the start, but you should be willing to take responsibility for both professionalism, structure and operations.

A professional role with responsibility and influence

You will not have personnel responsibility, but you will become a clear professional sparring partner and coordinator in close collaboration with the leader.

We offer a versatile position with high professional standards, interdisciplinary collaboration, engaged colleagues and the opportunity to influence the development of Family House.

Would you like to join us?

If you are motivated by a daily life where professional sparring, direct work with families, administrative coordination and development go hand in hand, we look forward to hearing from you.

Salary and employment

Employment from January 1, 2027. You will be employed under the applicable collective agreement and remunerated according to qualifications. The position is 37 hours per week.

You will report to the head of Family House.

We would be happy to answer any questions. You can contact the head of Family House, Louise Lejbach, at 21140387. Feel free to send a text message, and you will be called back.

We look forward to receiving your application and CV no later than November 16, 2026.

We will hold first interviews on November 19 and second interviews on November 24.
