We are seeking qualified and unqualified substitutes for Care and Rehabilitation, Team Solbjerg/Mårslet, Aarhus Municipality

Summer is drawing to a close, but the need for skilled substitutes remains large. Therefore we are recruiting both skilled and unskilled substitutes who have experience with care and assistance. If you have experience from home care – and preferably from Aarhus Municipality – that is a big advantage.

With us you become an important part of our citizens' daily lives. You help with care, assistance and practical tasks in the citizens' own homes and help to create security, quality and continuity.

We are looking for you who

• Are responsible and stable
• Meet the citizens with respect and presence
• Can work independently and at the same time fit well into a team
• Can keep an overview in a busy daily routine
• Have a desire to work with older people
• Have a driving licence (B) and can cycle

We are seeking among others

• Social- and health helpers
• Social- and health assistants
• Nursing students, medical students and others with relevant health professional background
• Unskilled workers with relevant experience from the care and welfare sector

Thorough training and introduction

It is important to us that you feel well prepared for the task. Therefore, all new substitutes receive a thorough introduction program with training and shadow shifts, so you become familiar with both the tasks, the citizens and our work procedures before you work independently.

You must be able to allocate 5-10 weekdays for training .

About us

Team Solbjerg/Mårslet covers the home care in the southernmost part of Aarhus and consists of approximately 50 employees distributed across day and evening shifts.

We work every day to create the best conditions for citizens' lives in their own homes – and we need more good colleagues on the team.

The service operates within the around-the-clock area and is primarily day shift, with the possibility of evening shifts upon request.
