Det Blå Hus is seeking a new colleague for a permanent 37-hour position starting on 01.12.2026.

We are looking for a trained pedagogue with hands-on skills for our day services in the social-psychiatric field, where you will play a central role in sheltered employment.

Det Blå Hus is an offer for adult citizens with substantial and significant psychiatric impairment, with a mental illness or a psycho-social problem.

We work from a recovery-oriented approach and support citizens in living a meaningful life based on their wishes and resources.

You will be part of a multidisciplinary team where relationships, rehabilitation and meaningful employment are in focus. Together with the citizens, you will support everyday coping, development of competencies and participation in work communities. Part of the work will take place in practice through workshop activities and janitorial tasks.

We are looking for someone who

• Is a trained pedagogue
• Has experience from the psychiatric/mental health field
• Can work both in the drop-in centre and in workshops
• Has practical craft skills and a desire to use them together with citizens
• Thrives in a daily routine with varied tasks and a balance between relational work and practical tasks
• Can work both in the drop-in centre, workshops and with janitorial tasks
• Is relationship-strong, proactive and collaborative
• Has good communication skills and can document your work
• Is stable, accommodating and keeps an overview in pressured situations
• Engages yourself in and takes ownership in a strong work environment

Salary and terms of employment

The position is 37 hours per week, and the working hours are mainly during the daytime on weekdays. Evening work can also be expected. Salary is determined according to the applicable collective agreement.
