Pedagogical night shift sought for a new solo service near Herning

Are you the caring and attentive person who can create calm, security and stability during the night hours? Then we may have the job for you.

Do you want to make a difference for people with complex support needs? And do you thrive on taking responsibility, working independently and creating safe environments for others? Then you now have the opportunity to become part of our professional community.

We are looking for you, who have a solid care instinct, have a good overview and are a good communicator. It is essential that you, in connection with handover, can hand the task solidly on to the day shift.

• Have a professionalism that enables you to maintain an overview and make decisions under pressure
• Have a high degree of empathy, honesty and be willing to take responsibility
• Have experience with personal care
