We are looking for engaged and responsible foremen who can coordinate work on construction sites, ensure quality and ensure that the work is carried out safely and efficiently.

Your responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate the daily work on the construction site.
• Lead and distribute tasks among the employees.
• Ensure that schedules and quality requirements are met.
• Follow up on materials, tools and equipment.
• Ensure order, safety and a good working environment.
• Collaborate with project managers, employees and other trades.
• Follow up on progress and solve practical challenges in everyday life.

We expect that you

• Have experience from the construction industry, preferably as foreman or site supervisor.
• Are good at planning, coordinating and creating an overview.
• Can take responsibility and make decisions.
• Are clear in your communication and good at collaborating.
• Work in a structured way and have a focus on quality and safety.
• Are practical and solution-oriented.
