About the job

As foreman for a medium-sized machine crew you are responsible for the daily planning, coordination and progress. You create an overview of tasks, materials and staffing and ensure that the work is performed safely and with the agreed quality.

You work closely with the crew and have ongoing dialogue with production and contract management. You follow up on the work and adjust planning when conditions on the task change.

You are attached to our asphalt department at Folmentoftvej 4, 7800 Skive.

Your primary tasks

• Lead and coordinate the machine crew's daily work
• Plan asphalt tasks and monitor progress
• Order materials and coordinate transport
• Ensure surveying and documentation for quality assurance
• Maintain focus on safety and good collaboration within the team

• You have experience with machine laying of asphalt
• You are keen to take responsibility and coordinate the work for others
• You work in a structured way and maintain an overview when plans change

Experience as foreman is an advantage. You are also welcome to apply if you are an experienced asphalt worker and ready for the next step.
