About the job

As a foreman at Kingo you will be responsible for tasks within renovation, selective demolition and environmental remediation.

You will become the central figure on site and have great influence on daily operations. Together with your crew and the project manager you ensure that tasks are solved safely, efficiently and with high quality.

Your tasks will include

• Plan and lead selective demolition and remediation tasks
• Ensure progress, flow and efficient operation on site
• Ensure correct handling of asbestos, PCBs and other hazardous substances
• Create structure and overview on site
• Act as the link between the site and the project manager
• Allocate tasks and keep track of your crew
• Ensure that safety is always in order
• Participate in work when required

We imagine that you

• Have experience with renovation, remediation and selective demolition
• Have experience leading staff on site
• Have an asbestos certificate and know the rules
• Have a background as a demolisher or tradesperson
• Have experience as foreman, crew boss or similar
• Can plan and create structure in tasks
• Are proactive and make decisions when the situation requires
• thrive with responsibility and can motivate your team in everyday work
• Have a driving license
