BØRNEHAVEN CHARLOTTEHØJ SEEKS A PEDAGOGUE FOR OUR SMALL OASIS IN THE HEART OF FINNEBYEN

We are looking for a pedagogue who is passionate about the good life for children, can contribute with high professional standards, and who will be part of a good collegial atmosphere where we help each other succeed. We are seeking a pedagogue who can start on January 1, 2027. We will invite candidates to interviews on an ongoing basis.

The Charlottehøj Kindergarten is an institution in Dagtilbud Hasle and is normed for 40 preschool children.

We are seeking a pedagogue who, in an open, active and appreciative collaboration with the rest of the staff and the pedagogical leader, will help shape the pedagogical work in daily life and create the framework for a good life for all children.

Our pedagogical work is based on the appreciative child perspective, where presence, care, security, inclusivity and an overview for the child are central themes in our practice. We place high value on good collaboration with parents and see parental collaboration as the strongest tool to create coherence for the child and form the best basis for the child's overall well-being.

We are committed to broader child communities and work from an aim to see all children, meet them where they are and establish a practice that creates equal participation opportunities so that all children can be formed, develop and thrive in their everyday life with us.

Therefore we are seeking a pedagogue who is passionate about working into such practice and who can contribute to the good life of children with their high pedagogical expertise.

We are a staff group consisting of 1 pedagogical leader, 4 pedagogues and 4 assistant pedagogues and an IGU apprentice, who handle the house's kitchen and other practical tasks.

Dagtilbud Hasle is located in Aarhus and consists of 11 institution divisions.

Salary and terms of employment

Salary and terms of employment will be in accordance with the applicable collective agreement. Final salary setting takes place after negotiation with the union authorized to negotiate based on qualifications, unless the position is covered by a pre-agreement, which can form the basis for the salary setting

Weekly hours: 37
