We are expanding our lovely children's house with an extra nursery group, so if you want to work in a nursery and help create and establish the best conditions for our children, read on? We are looking for some engaged and ambitious pedagogues for permanent positions with 37 hours per week, with employment from 1 January.

The Daycare at the Top, Hvinningdal located in Silkeborg town. We consist of 4 nurseries with close geographical proximity, which supports our close collaboration across the daycares. All daycare centers are close to forest and green areas, as well as a bus stop – which is also a starting point for exciting experiences in the local area. Our location is easily accessible by car or public transport. We work with the value words joy, development and community.

We work with a strong shared pedagogical platform with room for nuance and with different expressions. We have a continuous focus on development and adjustment of the pedagogical practice at the stue/household/daycare level.

We are therefore looking for some pedagogues who want to be part of this work and collaboration culture, who in a positive way put themselves into play.

The Regnbuen Daycare is an integrated institution with children aged 0-6 years. We are normed for 36 nursery children and 70 kindergarten children, currently distributed as 2 kindergarten groups and soon 4 nursery groups. The nursery groups and the kindergarten groups work together in everyday life, where we help each other across groups as needed.

• can work in a structured way and keep calm and overview in stressful situations.
• can work independently, but also participate in positive collaboration with children, parents and colleagues
• focus on parental collaboration.
• actively participate in all of everyday's many tasks pedagogical as well as practical.
