A day of culinary joy and strong team spirit

We run the canteen in an office building in Ørestad with several different companies and a view over Amager Fælled.

Here we prepare lunch for around 400 guests each day, focusing on good ingredients, flavorful food and quality in the gastronomic craft.

You will become the ninth colleague in an international team with employees from different parts of the world. We have a strong sense of community, a good work ethic and help each other when needed.

With us there should be room both to strive in your work and to have energy left when the workday ends.

Your role – get the full view in the kitchen

As a cook with us you work across the kitchen's different sections. You will have the opportunity to use your culinary craft broadly, take responsibility for your own tasks and put your mark on the food we serve.

You will, among other things, be responsible for

• Preparing hot dishes with a focus on good taste and seasonal ingredients
• Preparing cold presentations, colorful salads and heavily topped open-faced sandwiches
• Preparing and producing catering for meetings and events
• Contributing creative ideas to the menu and today's servings
• Helping where there is a need in the kitchen
• Ensuring a high level of self-monitoring

We are happy to share our knowledge and experience across the team, and you will always have colleagues nearby to brainstorm with.

Who would fit in well with us?

You are a trained chef and want to use your craft in a kitchen where both independence and collaboration are an important part of everyday life. You take responsibility for your tasks, have an eye for quality and lend a hand when needed.

• Work in a structured way and have a good overview
• Are creative and happy to contribute new ideas to the menu
• Are open, positive and service-minded in interactions with both guests and colleagues
• Can communicate in English, as English is a natural part of daily life in our international team

• A maternity leave position of 37 hours per week from 1 January 2027 for a year forward
• Good working hours on weekdays from 07:00-15:00 and weekends off

Evening work may occur in connection with special events, but this happens only very rarely and is agreed in advance.
