Dagnæs Børnehus seeks a pedagogical assistant for the infant group

Are you passionate about play, outdoor life, the body and movement? Then perhaps you are the one we are looking for in one of our nursery toddler groups at Dagnæs Børnehus.

The position is 37 hours per week.

About Dagnæs Børnehus

We are centrally located in Horsens with easy access to public transport. Our house is organized into three teams with four rooms in each team, which gives the children the opportunity to be part of smaller, safe communities in a large house.

We prioritise play and outdoor life highly and have a large and varied outdoor area with hills, a ball court, a forest area, small gardens and many motor skill challenges. The outdoor space is a natural part of our pedagogical practice, and we actively use it to create inspiring learning environments throughout the year.

We are a workplace with a focus on professional development, influence/participation and strong working communities. Humor, trust and a shared focus on the core task shape our daily life.

About the room

You will become part of a strong collegial working community where we share responsibility and tasks and work closely together to create the best conditions for the children. We are active outdoors, go on bike rides and use nature and the playground as a natural part of everyday life.

The room consists of engaged and professionally ambitious colleagues who prioritise play, presence and community. We have a structured daily routine with room for spontaneity, creative ideas and laughter. In addition you will meet a supportive parent group with great trust in the staff and a close collaboration around the children.
