Digital Development Manager - Bloomingville

With direct reporting to the CEO you will have a high degree of autonomy, short decision-making paths and the opportunity to work closely with the entire organization.

From digital opportunities to concrete results

You will be a hands-on IT project manager who both identifies improvement opportunities and ensures that they are implemented and anchored in the organization.

You will, among other things, have responsibility for

• Drive IT and digitalization projects from needs analysis and requirements specification to testing, implementation and follow-up.
• Ensure development, optimization and upgrades of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
• Optimize the use of the company\'s mission-critical applications and Microsoft 365.
• Identify and implement efficiencies with AI, automation and new digital solutions.
• Help the organization harness the capabilities of IT systems and ensure that new solutions are used in practice.
• Collaborate with and manage external IT specialists and suppliers.

You combine IT understanding with business sense

You have experience with IT project management and a good knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, preferably from implementation, development or optimization projects.

You understand the connection between IT, processes and business results and have broad technical understanding that enables you to challenge opportunities and translate needs into solutions.

You are not necessarily a specialist in all technologies. Your strength is that you can see the whole, create momentum and make things happen – even when the solutions require help from external specialists.

As a person you are proactive, structured and good at collaborating. You thrive on getting close to users, challenging existing ways of working and creating engagement around new solutions.

You will be based at the office in Ikast.
