About the job

Det Faglige Hus is an organization in continuous development. It places increasing demands on our digital solutions and the ability to translate needs in the organization into concrete improvements. Therefore we are seeking a project manager who can drive digitization projects from idea to stable operation.

About the job

As a project manager in IT you will be responsible for planning, leading and implementing digitization projects across the organization. The projects range from developing new solutions to improving existing systems, automations and process optimizations.

You work with projects from needs clarification and goal setting to implementation, anchoring and handover to operations. During the process you ensure progress, an overview and clear decisions by following up on scope, schedule, resources, dependencies and risks.

A central part of the role is to create buy-in in the departments through clear communication, facilitating workshops and maintaining ongoing dialogue with stakeholders. You are responsible for reporting to management and for ensuring that the benefits of the projects are realized and measurable.

We work with IPMA as a starting point with a focus on people and collaboration. Documentation we see as a practical tool to support the work – not as an end in itself.

Your team

You will become part of IT at Det Faglige Hus, which consists of several teams within operations, development, system administration and digitization. You will report to team leader/project manager Jeanette Lind and will work closely with the entire IT department and the other project managers, where the focus is on close collaboration, professional sparring and knowledge sharing.

Meet some of our employees and read what they say about working at Det Faglige Hus .

Your primary tasks

  • Lead digitization projects from idea to implementation and stable operation
  • Translate needs into clear goals, success criteria and deliverables
  • Plan and follow up on scope, schedule, resources and risks
  • Facilitate workshops and clarify requirements
  • Ensure progress, buy-in and decisions in the organization
  • Coordinate collaboration across disciplines
  • Ensure quality in design, testing and implementation
  • Plan communication, training and handover to operations

We expect that you

  • have a project management qualification or other relevant education.
  • have experience from similar positions.
  • you work independently and have a high degree of self-direction in your work.
  • you are goal-oriented and structured and good at creating an overview in complex solutions and contexts.
  • you remain calm in pressured situations and can prioritise when many balls are in the air.
  • communicate clearly – both in writing and verbally.
  • can facilitate meetings and workshops.
  • handle stakeholders and expectations professionally.
  • follow up and ensure tasks are completed.
  • are curious about processes, data and technology.

Good employment terms are a given

We hire only the best employees, and therefore we also offer good employment terms. In addition to a good salary that matches your qualifications, you can look forward to 7 weeks of vacation + 6 fixed days off, paid breaks, 18% employer-paid pension after 3 months, and a 4% flexible benefits scheme – just to name a few of the benefits our employees have.

We are a company that places a high value on the social aspect, which helps strengthen collaboration internally. And we remember to celebrate our successes, and we have many of them, thankfully.

Our working environment is safe and informal. Although we are busy, there is always room for a smile, and the house is filled with good colleagues in all departments who are ready to welcome you.
