Welcome to Kingstrup

Kingstrup is a department of Socialcenter Lillebælt. We are a highly specialized regional 24/7 facility for 19 citizens with acquired brain injury and are located in Gelsted on Funen.

We are about 70 employees consisting of pedagogues, social- and health care assistants, occupational therapists, social- and health helpers, care assistants, service staff, administration.

In addition, we are a training site for student pedagogues and SSA students.

What the job involves

As an employee in the night team you will together with your colleagues have the task of supporting that residents at Kingstrup experience as independent and well-functioning a life as possible.

• Your workday will involve a rotation of practical tasks as well as cleaning tasks in the common areas and administration and support for residents ad hoc and as needed.
• You will be required to perform and document the professional interventions that are arranged for the individual residents, and which you work after.
• You will independently and in collaboration with colleagues have to make decisions and coordinate regarding the planning for the night and the arising resident tasks.

What competences does the job require

• You must have an education as a pedagogue and preferably experience with night-time work
• The position requires a driving license.

The region is obliged to inform you of the starting salary for the position.

You will be told the base salary, centrally fixed allowances and pension in the collective agreement for: Social pedagogical staff at residential institutions etc. collective agreement number 32.38.1

In addition to the starting salary, the position may include any negotiated allowances depending on the position, your experiences and qualifications. There may also be a shift allowance.

Starting salary for positions in Region of Southern Denmark
