We are seeking an empathetic, solution-focused and structured nurse who comes to work with pride and who wants to contribute to the development of the health-care work.

About the task

As a health-care coordinator at Gårdene you will have an overall responsibility to ensure the health-care development, implementation and documentation. You have great influence on your work, and you are also involved in shaping your everyday life in close collaboration with management and the nursing professional network in the specialized area.

The tasks include, among others, the following

Focus on the health-care efforts at Gårdene, including health and nursing tasks in relation to the citizens and cross-sector collaboration.

Prepare strategic action plans for the health-care work in collaboration with management and translate them into concrete actions in practice.

Continuously implement health-care guidelines and instructions.

Ensure that employees receive the necessary guidance, supervision and skills development in relation to the health-care tasks.

Quality assure medication handling, medication storage and health-care documentation.

Overall UTH caseworker in collaboration with Gårdenes social- and health-care assistants.

Participate in cross-specialty task solving.

We do not expect that you can solve all tasks alone. Therefore you will be in close collaboration and have ongoing sparring and dialogue with Gårdenes management, SUA’s cross-cutting health consultant as well as Gårdenes social- and health-care assistants, and pedagogical staff. You will also be part of a network with nurses from the four other offerings in the specialized area.

Who are you?

• You have a nursing qualification.
• You want to work in the pedagogical practice.
• You have good situational awareness, creativity and courage, so that we can develop and maintain a high professional engagement and high quality.
• You are positive, independent, thrive with responsibility and can collaborate with different professional groups on the common task.
• You may have clinical experience as a nurse, preferably psychiatric experience or experience from another pedagogical area.
• Is strong in a primary specialty and able to convey that knowledge.
• Is familiar with IT and documentation and eager to delve into it.
• Is good at creating an overview, works systematically and is able to structure and prioritize tasks in the department.
• You see opportunities rather than limitations, and are eager to help create development/improvement of citizen-centered health-care initiatives, in collaboration with the pedagogical staff, with a focus on viewing the citizen as a whole.

About Gårdene

At Gårdene we have room for 18 citizens, all living with a developmental disability, often combined with other challenges such as substance abuse, coercive measures and additional diagnoses within the social, psychiatric and somatic diagnostic fields. We place safety high, and prevention of violent behavior is therefore one of our specialities.

We are part of the Special Area Developmental Disability (SUA), where we support people with developmental disabilities and complex life circumstances to live a life with meaning, mastery and possibilities in everyday life – all based on the fundamental belief that the citizen is an expert in their own life.

At Gårdene we are around 47 employees plus our regular pool of temporary staff. Under the leadership of two department heads and a tilbudsleder there are mainly pedagogues, social- and health-care assistants and care helpers. As a nurse you report to the tilbudsleder.

The practical

This is a 37 hours per week position.

Your working hours are primarily daytime on weekdays. You have a say in your working hours. There may be working hours at other times, e.g., in the evening, if it makes sense for your task execution.

Salary and employment terms according to the applicable collective agreement.

Start 1 February 2027 or as soon as possible.
