About the positions

As we are expanding, we are seeking skilled nurses for permanent teams in the Integrated Care (Helhedsplejen) in Korsør West and North. The positions are 32-37 hours per week, primarily day shifts, with weekend shifts every 4 weeks.

You will be attached to a team consisting of 3 nurses, social- and health care assistants, social- and health helpers, rehabilitation therapist, visit coordinator, planner and area manager as close collaborators in daily work. Interdisciplinary team meetings are held 2 times a week.

• are a qualified nurse
• are independent and responsible
• have good pedagogical skills and prioritise high-quality nursing – with the citizen at the center
• are familiar with ABCDE and ISBAR
• work and act independently according to applicable guidelines and instructions
• value health-related documentation highly
• have a driving license and are comfortable with the car being a daily part of your workplace
• are keen to collaborate both within a single-disciplinary and interdisciplinary setting

Expected start

Employment takes place according to the applicable collective agreement with the Danish Nurses Association, Nurses and Health Visitors. The monthly salary range for full-time excluding pension is between DKK 31,357.95 and DKK 37,047.00. It should be noted that final placement, including collective agreement basis and salary level, is determined based on education, experience and qualifications according to the Ny løn principles.
