About the position

We are seeking skilled nurses for fixed teams in the holistic care Skælskør.

The positions are 32-37 hours per week, primarily day shifts, with the possibility of a weekend shift every 4 weeks.

• Nurse for a permanent position in Area Centrum
• Nurse for a maternity leave cover in Area Vest

As a nurse with us, you will be attached to a small team with nurse colleagues.

In holistic care we put the citizen at the center through strong interdisciplinary collaboration

As a nurse you will be an integrated part of a team that includes social and healthcare assistants, social and health helpers, a therapist,

a planner and the area manager. Together we solve the everyday tasks across professional boundaries to ensure the best possible care and continuity for the citizen.

Other daily partners are dietitians, project nurses, development nurses, authorities and the assistive devices department.

You will also work with external partners such as the general practitioner, on-call service and pharmacy, as well as the continuation of treatment initiated in hospital departments, where the treatment responsibility remains.

• are a trained nurse
• are independent and responsible
• have good pedagogical skills and prioritize high-quality nursing – with the citizen at the center
• are familiar with ABCDE and ISBAR
• work and act independently according to applicable guidelines and instructions
• place high emphasis on health care documentation
• have a driving license and are comfortable with the car being a daily part of your workplace
• are eager to collaborate both mono-professionally and interdisciplinary

Salary and employment terms

Employment is offered according to the applicable agreement with DSR. The monthly salary range for full-time, excluding pension, is between 31,521.78 DKK and 37,240.52 DKK.

Note that final placement, including collective agreement basis and salary level, is determined based on education, experience and qualifications.
