We are seeking a dedicated nurse for our Team for Psychosis Disorders in Clinic 1, Regionshospitalet Gødstrup with start date January 1, 2027, or as soon as possible.

The position is a permanent role and as a rule a full-time position with workplace in Gødstrup.

We are currently in an exciting transformation period. As part of the health reform, the psychiatric hospital will be integrated with the somatic hospitals from January 1, 2026, and therefore the psychiatric department is now part of Regionshospitalet Gødstrup. This means exciting and meaningful changes where you should see opportunities and take the initiative for new collaborations across the hospital and the primary sector.

Your tasks will include

• Planning and management of individual patient pathways and group treatment.
• Interdisciplinary coordination of patient pathways and collaboration across the team.
• Cross-sector collaboration across the region, municipality and other partners.
• Contribute to our well-functioning Zypadhera clinic.

We emphasize that you

• Are a licensed nurse and have a minimum of 2 years of experience in psychiatry.
• Are trained as a Specialist Nurse in Psychiatry or have a desire to pursue this.
• Are empathetic and can handle sensitive communication tasks respectfully.
• Are trustworthy and can work relationally.
• Contribute to professional collaboration both internally and externally.
• Are a team player but at the same time thrive when working independently.
