About the job

Do you want to advise the Tax and Growth Ministry's leaders on personnel and sick leave cases? Are you passionate about individual employment law and would you like to be part of a professionally strong office? Then you are hopefully our new colleague in HR Law.

HR Law currently consists of approx. 20 employees across two locations in Høje Taastrup and in Herning. We are currently seeking colleagues for our office in Herning.

We advise and guide leaders at all levels on employment law and collective agreement issues and conduct case handling in all forms of personnel matters. In addition, we solve a range of cross-cutting tasks for the Tax and Growth Ministry's group, including security clearances, HR-related access to information, and the whistleblower scheme.

Your tasks

You will become part of a team of skilled personnel lawyers who work with individual employment law and advise leaders across the Tax and Growth Ministry's group. Some of us have many years of experience in personnel law – others are nearly newly qualified and still learning.

Your tasks may include some of the following

  • Personnel law cases
  • Advising leaders in personnel and sick leave cases
  • Participate in official conversations and sick leave discussions
  • Participate in professional negotiations with trade unions
  • Prepare and implement group-wide guidelines
  • Interpretation of collective agreements and legislation
  • Assist the agencies at their physical location with personnel-legal questions and cases
  • Recruitment law
  • Teach about sick leave, personnel law etc.
  • Tasks related to security clearances, whistleblower scheme, access to information, GDPR, harassment cases and reportable cases

Your skills

You have a degree as cand.jur. or cand.merc.jur. You may be newly graduated.

We attach importance to the following

  • Are a skilled jurist who works thoroughly and structurally
  • Have good collaboration skills – as you will have many sparring partners including leaders, HR partners, management secretariats and union representatives across the entire Tax and Growth Ministry's group
  • Are willing to work in an environment where days are filled with varying tasks and where cases may come on short notice
  • Value sparring and learning highly – and are always ready to professionally develop yourself in the area
  • Have knowledge of personnel law

We offer

You will become part of HR Law in the Administration and Service Agency. With us you will be part of a strong professional community where personnel law is what we are passionate about. We place high value on professional development, where we continuously retrain – both on common office days and individually. The culture in the office is carried by an informal tone and a strong sparring environment with a focus on finding solutions together.

The Tax and Growth Ministry emphasizes supporting flexible working conditions, and the framework for work planning is discussed between the manager and employee based on the overall task solution.
